"We started the Trial expecting a demo of some tool — what we actually got was a proper conversation about where our review process was falling down. The sandbox session was useful, and the summary report gave us something concrete to take to the editorial team. We moved to the Tooling Setup the following month."

"Genuinely impressed by how much the voice documentation step shaped everything else. We'd used writing tools before but kept getting outputs that sounded nothing like us. Having that reference document made the configuration actually useful. The training session could have been slightly longer, but the written workflow document covers it."

"We run four content streams across English and BM and had tried twice before to get a consistent writing tool workflow in place. The Editorial Workflow Programme was the first approach that actually addressed both languages from the start. The quality guidelines document is something the team still refers to weekly."

"What I appreciated was that they didn't push me toward the most expensive option. After the initial call, Nurul said the Trial was probably the right fit for where we were, and that we could revisit the Setup in a few months. That honesty made me trust the work more when it happened."

"The pre-engagement conversation was more useful than I expected. By the end of that call I had a much clearer idea of what the Tooling Setup would involve and what my team needed to prepare. The actual work went smoothly — the editing workflow they designed is now part of our standard production process."

"Three months after the programme ended, we added two new writers. Because the quality guidelines document existed, onboarding them into the workflow took about half the time it would have otherwise. That's the kind of carry-forward value that was hard to quantify beforehand but is very obvious in hindsight."

Case Studies

Situations we've helped teams through

Challenge

Inconsistent output across a bilingual team

A marketing team of seven writers producing content in both English and Bahasa Malaysia were getting noticeably different results when they tried using writing tools. The English content looked fine; the Bahasa outputs were stilted and frequently off-tone.

Our Approach

Editorial Workflow Programme, 5 weeks

We ran separate voice documentation sessions for each language, configured the tools with language-specific parameters, and designed review steps that accounted for the different editorial sensibilities. Training covered all seven writers, including those who primarily worked in BM.

Outcome

Consistent quality across both streams

Within six weeks of completing the programme, the team's editing time per article had reduced noticeably for both language streams. The quality guidelines document became the reference point for new writer onboarding.

"First time we've had a workflow that actually accounts for both languages without treating BM as an afterthought." — Editorial Lead

Challenge

Team unsure whether to adopt tools at all

A content team at a professional services firm had senior stakeholders asking why they hadn't adopted writing tools yet — and writers who were concerned about what adoption would mean for their roles. Leadership wanted a structured exploration before committing.

Our Approach

Drafting Assistant Trial, 2 days

We ran the Trial with three writers using live briefs from their current project queue. The summary report outlined specific use cases where tools added value, and others where they clearly didn't. We recommended a narrow implementation, not a wholesale adoption.

Outcome

Informed decision, not a rushed one

The team decided to move forward with a limited implementation covering one content type. The writers were involved in that decision, which made the eventual adoption much smoother. The summary report also addressed the concerns the writers had raised.

"We finally had a concrete answer to give stakeholders — and it wasn't just 'yes' or 'no'." — Content Lead

Challenge

No standard process for reviewing AI-assisted drafts

A regional brand team had already integrated writing tools informally — different writers using different approaches. Outputs were being published without a consistent review process, and some had gone out with obvious errors that a structured review would have caught.

Our Approach

Content Tooling Setup, 10 days

We focused primarily on the review step design — documenting what to check, who checks it, and what happens if a draft needs significant revision. We standardised the templates across writers and ran a training session to align the whole team on the new process.

Outcome

A workflow the whole team uses

The team now has a shared understanding of what goes into and comes out of the review step. The informal variation between writers has largely resolved. The editing workflow document is pinned in their team's Notion workspace.

"We needed someone to formalise what we were doing badly. That's exactly what happened." — Brand Manager
